Refund Policy

At Rhythm Roots Music Studio, we aim to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness for all our students and families. Please review our updated policy below:

Rhythm & Rhyme Classes

• Refunds or Rescheduling for Single Classes: For single Rhythm & Rhyme classes, refunds or the option to reschedule for a future class are available if we are notified at least 24 hours in advance.

• Refunds for Packages: For Rhythm & Rhyme package purchases, refunds for any unused future classes are available if we are notified at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will not be issued for any classes already attended.

• No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class.

Private Lessons

• No Refunds: Refunds are not available for private lessons. However, students have the following options if they need to cancel:

  • Forfeit the Lesson: The lesson will be marked as missed.

  • Online Lesson: Students can opt to have their lesson conducted online at their regularly scheduled time.

  • Asynchronous Lesson: Students can request an asynchronous lesson, with instructions and assignments provided, to be completed at their convenience.

Weather and Unforeseen Closures

• For Rhythm & Rhyme classes, a rescheduled make-up class will be held in the event of a weather-related closure.

• For private and group lessons, sessions will be conducted online whenever possible. If internet or power outages prevent this, an asynchronous lesson will be provided.
